The device has a set of safety rigid walls (PS) connected on peripheral internal walls of a basin (PB). A submersible rigid floor (PRI) is constituted of kit of connectable elements, suspended and animated at interior of the volume consisted by the rigid walls by a motorized lifting unit (UM). The motorized lifting unit is consisted a boot containing a winding and unwinding device for winding and unwinding of a suspension element i.e. cable. The rigid walls are connected on the peripheral internal walls of the basin to guide the rigid floor in its movements.
