The present invention relates to a content transaction system using the provision of content information, which includes: a user interface unit that receives a command from each user of the content transaction system and outputs the result of performing a processing operation according to the command; a central processing unit that receives a command from the user interface to provide verified content which is linked to sections of video divided by scenes, and which includes an information providing unit which matches an advertisement target object that appears in a specific scene to actual information so as to provide the matched object on a screen; a first storage unit which stores user-related information; and a second storage unit which stores content-related information. Therefore, purchasing content is rendered easy, and only verified content can be transacted.
