Disclosed is a device for moulding and reinforcing glass plate which can apply high frequency heating and rapid cooling thereto with respect to the shape thereof while conveying same. A device for moulding and reinforcing glass plate (1A) comprises: a conveying means (2) which conveys a glass plate (W2) over a reference plane (S); a heating means to heat the glass plate which has been formed into a curved shape; and a rapid-cooling means (6) which rapidly cools the glass plate by spraying a cooling medium onto both surfaces in the thickness direction thereof. The heating means comprises: an electrode section (12) containing electrodes (16, 17) which heat the glass plate by applying high frequency waves thereto; an electricity supply (13) which supplies high-frequency voltage to the electrodes; and an electrode configuration adjustment means (14) which can adjust the distance of the reference plane of the electrodes. The cooling means comprises: a nozzle section (25) containing nozzles (30, 31) with openings (24) provided to the tips thereof, which is disposed such that the openings face both surfaces of the glass plate in the thickness direction thereof; and a discharge means which discharges the cooling medium from the nozzle openings. The electrode section, nozzles and conveying mechanism are electrically insulated.
