<p>A pump unit of the disclosed infusion pump, which presses on the outer peripheral surface of an infusion tube to pump a solution, has multiple fingers arranged in a row along the axial direction of the infusion tube and holding said infusion tube, and a camshaft that is driven by a motor. The camshaft is equipped with cam members that provide a first and second cam surface to each of the multiple fingers. Each of the multiple fingers has a finger body, which has a first end that is in contact with the first cam surface and a second end that is provided on the opposite side from the first end and has a pad that presses on the infusion tube, and a U-shaped hook member, which is provided such that one end connects to the finger body and the other end connects to the second cam surface. In addition, when the cam member revolves due to the revolution of the camshaft, the fingers are thrust out, due to the abutment of the first cam surface with the first end, such that the infusion tube is pressed and the fingers are withdrawn, due to the abutment of the second cam surface with the hook.</p> |
