Disclosed is a wavelength-converting solar cell sealing sheet that contains a dispersion-medium resin and a fluorescent substance that has a peak absorption wavelength between 300 and 450 nm. Per 100 mass parts of the dispersion-medium resin, the disclosed wavelength-converting solar cell sealing sheet contains no more than 0.15 mass parts of UV absorbers other than the aforementioned fluorescent substance. Also disclosed is a solar cell module comprising a solar cell and the aforementioned wavelength-converting solar cell sealing sheet.
