Drive Chain Adjustment Mechanism of Chain-Driven Vehicle Abstract A drive chain adjustment mechanism (85) of an all terrain vehicle (10) driving rear wheels (18) with a driven sprocket (44) around which the drive chain is wound, moving 5 the driven sprocket (44) in a fore and aft direction of a vehicle body, and thereby adjusting the tension of the drive chain, includes a case (43) to which the driven sprocket (44) is coupled; a cam (102) which moves the case (43) in the fore and aft direction with respect to a vehicle body frame (11); and a bolt (106) which is located rearward of a shaft portion of the driven sprocket (44), and which attaches the cam (102) and the case (43) to 1o the vehicle body frame (11).
