摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for particulate number concentration standard solution of a specific particle size less than 100 nm, using an aerial particle counter.SOLUTION: The manufacturing method for particle number concentration standard solution is for producing mono-dispersed aerosol particles of non-water solubility of specific particle size with a particle size less than 100 nm to form aerosol flow; branching aerosol flow into two parts equally; deriving one of the branched aerosol flow to an aerial particle counter, to determine the total number of pieces N of the aerosol particles in the aerosol flow; guiding another one of the branched aerosol flow to a water vapor condensation means, wherein water vapor is forced to condense on aerosol particles to grow up to big droplets; the grown-up droplets are collected by means of inertial deposition on a liquid level of pure water accommodated in a container; the volume V is measured of the liquid accommodated in the container after end of collection; the submerged particle number concentration n=N/V is obtained; and finally, the liquid accommodated in the container, after end of collection is presumed as the particle number concentration standard solution with the specific particle size of the liquid submerged particle number concentration n.
