PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stainless cold-rolled steel sheet which has small yield elongation and is superior in a surface appearance after having been worked.SOLUTION: This steel sheet includes, by mass%, 0.010-0.025% C, 0.02-0.30% Si, 0.30-1.0% Mn, 0.05% or less P, 0.01% or less S, 0.005-0.050% N, 16.0-20.0% Cr, while C and N satisfy the expression of 0.015%≤(C+N)≤0.060%, and the balance Fe with unavoidable impurities; has a yield elongation controlled to 0.5% or less; and has an average crystal grain size of a ferrite phase in the steel sheet controlled to 40 μm or less. |
