PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a drive capability of a shift register circuit and to increase an operation speed thereof.SOLUTION: The shift register circuit includes a transistor Q1 which supplies a clock signal CLK to an output terminal OUT, and an inverter which drives a transistor for discharging a gate (a node N1) of the transistor Q1. An input node (a node N3) of the inverter is separated from the node N1, and the node N1 and the node N3 are charged and discharged by separate circuits, respectively. |
