PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide seat information while protecting privacy of a user who does not want to disclose his or her alighting station.SOLUTION: A system (100) includes: an electronic ticket issuing device (1) which issues an electronic ticket wherein alighting information indicating an alighting station and consent information of a first user about disclosing the alighting station are stored; a reading device (2) which is provided for each seat of trains, and when consent information of the electronic ticket carried by the first user who has sit down in the seat indicates consent, transmits alighting information, a train where the reading device itself is installed, and identification information of the seat; and a seat information providing device (3) which stores pieces of information transmitted from the reading device into a seat information table in association with one another and, when accepting a request for seat information together with specification information specifying a train of which the provision of the seat information is desired, from a second user, refers to the seat information table to transmit seat identification information and alighting information associated with train identification information corresponding to the specification information, to the operation terminal of the second user. |
