PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a toner discharging device, a toner cartridge, and an image forming apparatus in which occurrence of a locking phenomenon is prevented.SOLUTION: The toner discharging device 300 includes: a discharge container 310 which has a reception port 311 and a discharge port 312; and a discharge member 320 which includes an inner spiral blade 312a moving toner in a direction H1, an outer spiral blade 321b moving toner in a direction H2, and a rotation shaft 322. The discharge port 312 is formed in at least a part of a wall portion surrounding both the inner spiral blade 321a and the outer spiral blade 321b along an axial line direction of the rotation shaft 322. |
