PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a security risk detection system for detecting in an early stage a virus erroneously detected in a pattern file of a filter group and specifying the appearance time and transmission source of the virus.SOLUTION: The security risk detection system includes a first filter means provided between a first network and a second network and filtering and outputting communication data input from the first network; a first storage means for storing the communication data input to the first filter; a second storage means for storing the communication data output from the first filter means; a second filter means for filtering and outputting the communication data stored in the first storage means; a third storage means for storing the communication data output from the second filter means; and a comparing means for comparing the communication data stored in the second storage means with the communication data stored in the third storage means and notifying an external system of the compared result.
