PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an intercom system that can prevent the interruption of voice communication without a previous notice to a resident during voice communication between a mobile telephone terminal and an intercom slave unit.SOLUTION: The intercom system is equipped with an intercom slave unit 2 and an intercom master unit 1. The intercom master unit 1 has a function to communicate wirelessly with a mobile telephone terminal 3, and can perform intercom voice communication by receiving and transmitting a voice signal between the intercom slave unit 2 and the intercom master unit 1 or between the intercom slave unit 2 and the mobile telephone terminal 3 via the intercom master unit 1. A master unit control unit 17 of the intercom master unit 1 has a timer function 17a to start a counting time from a point of time when a voice communication starts. When the timer function 17a counts a predetermined period of time, the master unit control unit cuts off the voice communication. Before the predetermined period of time is counted by the timer function 17a, the master unit control unit 17 sends a previous notice signal to sound a previous notice sound to preliminarily announce that the voice communication is cut off to the mobile telephone terminal 3. |
