PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a closed valve of a valve from bouncing without using a damper while the valve is prevented from opening even if internal pressure in a cylinder is exerted at an explosion stroke in a fuel injection valve for directly injecting fuel into the cylinder of an internal combustion engine.SOLUTION: The fuel injection valve includes: the valve 2 that stops injecting fuel when the valve moves in a shaft direction, abuts on a sheet part 1b so that the sheet is closed and starts injecting fuel when the valve is separated from the sheet part so that the sheet is opened; a spring 4 that biases the valve in a closed direction; and a variable mechanism 3 that varies spring power for biasing the valve of the spring in the closed direction. The variable mechanism lowers the spring power in comparison with when the maximum pressure is equal to or more than a predetermined pressure when the maximum pressure in the cylinder at an expansion stroke. |
