PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral composition for which bioavailability of a poorly water-soluble drug is improved, a production method for producing the oral composition without requiring external stress and heating.SOLUTION: The production method for the oral composition includes: mixing the oral composition which comprises drug-containing dispersed particles which comprise the poorly water-soluble drug and are dispersed as an oil phase in a water phase and a surfactant having a sterol skeleton and in which the particle diameter of the drug-containing dispersed particles when dispersed in the water phase is 130 nm or less, a solvents-mixed solution which comprises the poorly water-soluble drug, the surfactant having the sterol skeleton and a water-miscible solvent, and water; and substantially removing the water-miscible solvent from the solvent-containing mixed solution obtained after the mixing. |
