PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase cruising range and prevent an increase in weight in an electric vehicle that includes a power generator for supplying power to a battery.SOLUTION: The electric vehicle includes: an electric motor 13 driving the electric vehicle; the battery 11 storing electric power to be supplied to the electric motor 13; the power generator 10 integrally including an internal-combustion engine and a generator driven by the internal-combustion engine, to supply power to the battery 11 while allowing the vehicle to include multiple power generator 10; a controller 15 calculating a route and the required number of power generators 10 on the basis of traveling conditions containing a start point and a destination; and an informing means 16 informing a user of at least the required number of power generators 10. |
