摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit power with the maximum efficiency of transmission, regardless of a distance between a power-transmitting coil and a power-receiving coil.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic-resonance power transmission apparatus has: a power-transmitting coil 10 by resonance; a power transmission apparatus 1 for supplying transmission power to the power-transmitting coil; a power-receiving coil 40 by resonance that is electromagnetically coupled with the power-transmitting coil; and a power receiving device 2 input with power from the power-receiving coil so as to supply power to a load. The power transmission apparatus 1 supplies frequency-variable high-frequency power to the power-transmitting coil. A signal for measuring the reflective properties with respect to the power-transmitting coil is output to the power-transmitting coil. Supplied power that flows from the power supply device to the side of the power-transmitting coil and reflected power reflected from the power-transmitting coil are separated from each other so as to extract only the reflected power. The frequency characteristics of the reflected power are detected. A frequency where the reflected power is minimum is calculated from the detected frequency characteristics so as to set a frequency of the high-frequency power, which is output to the power-transmitting coil, as the optimal power-transmission frequency.
