PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which prevents the deterioration of image quality caused by image printing operation at low cost, and an image forming program therefor.SOLUTION: A scanner 140 reads a document and generates image data, and a plotter 150 forms images on transfer paper based on the generated image data. A control part 160 operates either the scanner 140 or the plotter 150 and stops the other, or operates the plotter 150 depending on whether the scanner 140 operates.
