PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive dispersion liquid which can form a film which has outstanding adhesion with a substrate and outstanding high conductivity.SOLUTION: The conductive dispersion liquid includes: a substituted or not substituted polyaniline which is protonated and whose halogen content is at most 6,000 ppm; a ≥3C alcoholic compound; a phenolic compound; and electroconductive polymer fine particles, and satisfies A/B≤0.4, wherein A is the weight [g] of the substituted or not substituted polyaniline which is protonated and is included in the conductive dispersion, and B is the weight [g] of the electroconductive polymer fine particles included in the conductive dispersion liquid. |
