The invention relates to the field of processing desert sand and recycling solid waste, tailings and siftings from pulverizing and sorting factories, for manufacturing a commercial construction product. The production line comprises a loading hopper 1 with a transporter, a tubular rotatable drying unit 2, a preliminary classification means in the form of a cyclone 3 and cyclone 4, and storage hoppers 5, 6, the inputs and outputs of the cyclones 3, 4 being interconnected and connected to production subassemblies of the line by product conduits. The line includes three production sections: a section for producing solid construction blocks on the basis of cellular concrete, a section for producing a dry mixed conglomerate for manufacturing cellular concrete, and a section for producing dry mortar mixtures, including protective-finish construction compositions. In order to produce classified semi-finished products in the form of construction materials in the line, a system of parallel sifters 14, 15, 16, 17 is respectively connected by product conduits to the storage hoppers 22, 23, 24 via assemblies 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 for delivering the semi-finished products in the form of construction materials classified as a 2-5 mm fraction, 1-2 mm fraction, 0.63-1 mm fraction, and 0.001-0.63 mm fraction.
