<p>A hydraulic and resonant breaking hammer comprises a hydraulic drive system, a vibration exciter (2), a control system, a linking mechanism and a breaking hammerhead (3). The hydraulic drive system is composed of a hydraulic motor (1), an electrically controlled hydraulic distribution valve (12), a hydraulic pump (13) and an engine (14).The vibration exciter (2) is composed of a casing body (4) and at least one set of eccentric wheels (5,6). The control system is composed of a sensor (16), a microcomputer controller (17) and the electrically controlled hydraulic distribution valve (12). The linking mechanism is composed of a machine frame (7), a guide rail (9) and a damping spring (8). The machine frame (7) is mounted on a short boom of an excavator, the guide rail (9) is provided on the machine frame (7), and the vibration exciter (2) is provided on the guide rail (9) and is slideable up and down along it. The damping spring (8) is connected between the upper part of the casing body (4) and the machine frame (7), and the breaking hammerhead (3) is provided below the casing body (4). The vibration frequency of the hammerhead (3) can be adjusted automatically to be close to the natural frequency of the broken rock, so as to enable the broken rock to resonate within lower partial range, and reduce the internal frictional force of the broken rock quickly, thereby the rock can be easily broken. The hydraulic and resonant breaking hammer is high in efficiency and can break the rock with larger volume.</p> |
