PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide granular or powdery instant soup or instant sauce including excellent dispersibility even when pouring a low-temperature solvent followed by stirring.SOLUTION: The granular or powdery instant soup or instant sauce is produced by including 0.005-0.12 pt.wt. of polyglyceryl fatty acid ester having HLB of 7-13, and oleic acid as the constituent fatty acid, based on 100 pts.wt. of a solvent to be used for dispersing when eating. |
