PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce concentration of load on a passage management server to smoothly operate a passage management system, as the whole, in which the management server manages a plurality of exits and entrances.SOLUTION: A passage management system 10 includes a plurality of controllers 20, a management server 30 which communicates with the plurality of controllers 20, and one or more relay servers 40 which communicate with the management server 30. A high-load time in which prescribed high loads are imposed on the controllers 20, and a low-load time zone in which prescribed low loads are imposed on the controllers 20, are determined on the basis of passage history information which is generated by the controllers 20. Then, when the controllers 20 are put in the high-load time zone, the transmission of the passage history information is stopped at least until the high-load time zone elapses, and then the information concerned is transmitted to the management server 40, without the relay server 30, after the high-load time zone elapses. |
