PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light receiving device that hardly absorbs external moisture and has a light receiving rate hardly decreasing with time.SOLUTION: The light receiving device includes a substrate provided with at least one light receiving element, a transparent cover 6 on a surface of the substrate, the surface having at least one light receiving element, and a sealing member 5 provided between the substrate and the transparent cover 6 so as to surround at least the light receiving element region of the substrate. The sealing member 5 is made of materials including a cyclic olefin resin. |
