PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To continue communication with a terminal even if a power offset value is changed during the communication.SOLUTION: A base station device 100 communicates with a plurality of terminals 200 for sharing a channel. A baseband signal processing unit 103 temporarily changes a communication system, e.g, 64QAM, for continuing communication with the terminals 200 for a predetermined time T from when the terminals 200 receive a power offset value Pto when the terminals 200 recognize the power offset value P, to QPSK. |
