PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instrument maintenance management system which allows a checker to perform inspection of instruments by using digitized information of the instruments when the instruments provided for a power plant are inspected and which allows the power plant to independently manage the result of inspection.SOLUTION: A plant server (10) of the instrument maintenance management system (1) includes an instrument inspection DB (11) for managing data on the inspection of the instruments and an instrument specification DB (12) for managing the general data on the instruments. The instrument inspection DB (11) is accessible from an inspection terminal (20) used by the checker and a management terminal (30) used by a manager of the power plant, and inspection data is input to the instrument inspection DB (11) according to an indication from the inspection terminal (20). The instrument specification DB (12) is accessible only from the management terminal (30), and the inspection data which has been input to the instrument inspection DB (11) is input to the instrument specification DB (12) by the instruction from the management terminal (30).
