PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control cable being positively prevented from rotating.SOLUTION: A connecting fitting 6 has a threaded shaft 8 for length adjustment, a guide square shaft part 10, and a caulking shaft part 12 having a smaller cross-sectional shape than a cross-sectional shape of the guide square shaft part 10 in this order, and a bottomed hole 14 is formed from an end in a side of the caulking shaft part 12 in an axial direction of the connecting fitting 6. An inner cable 4 is inserted into the bottomed hole 14, the caulking shaft part 12 and the inner cable 4 are caulked, and a tip of the inner cable 4 inserted into the bottomed hole 14 is not caulked. The guide square shaft part 10 is formed by cold forging or cutting, and a diameter of the threaded shaft 8 for length adjustment is smaller than an inscribed circle of the guide square shaft part 10. |
