PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tranilast-containing aqueous composition inhibiting occurrence of precipitate after drying.SOLUTION: The invention can effectively inhibits occurrence of precipitate in the case of drying the aqueous composition containing tranilast and/or salt thereof, and monoethanolamine and/or salt thereof after drying by additional inclusion of chlorpheniramine, pranoprofen, pyridoxine, glycyrrhizic acid and/or salts thereof.
