PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processor configured to perform image processing while exclusively using a specified resource among a plurality of resources, and also to provide a method and program for managing the resources, and a recording medium.SOLUTION: In the image forming apparatus 1, when an exclusive-use request to exclusively use the specific paper feed tray is given by a UI part 3, a control part 2 controls an image forming part 4 and a paper feed part 5 to perform the image processing while exclusively using the specific paper feed tray, and when the image processing is finished, cancels the exclusive use of the paper feed tray. Besides, the control part 2 is configured to, when the paper feed tray to be exclusively used is put in exclusive-use against the exclusive-use request, permit the reservation of the exclusive use of the paper feed tray under the condition that a reservation key is registered. Thereafter, the control part 2 requests the input of the reservation key in response to the exclusive-use request, and cancels the reservation of the exclusive use under the conditions that the input reservation key matches with a registered reservation key registered upon the reservation of the exclusive-use and that the exclusive-use of the paper feed tray to be reserved as an exclusive-use tray is canceled, when the image processing exclusively using the paper feed tray is finished. |
