PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an immunological method for quantitative determination of an object to be measured in which nonspecific reactions are inhibited.SOLUTION: The immunological method for quantitative determination of soluble interleukin-2 receptor, in which nonspecific reactions resulting from an antibody which reacts with a labeling enzyme are inhibited, includes: the step of forming an immunocomplex with the soluble interleukin-2 receptor by reacting an enzyme-labeled antibody, whose ratio of an enzyme-labeled antibody having numerical ratios of a first antibody to an enzyme linked thereto of 1:1 and 1:2 to all labeled antibodies in the numbers of molecules is 50% or above, with a sample using the enzyme-labeled antibody, in which the enzyme is linked as a label to the first antibody specifically binding to the interleukin-2 receptor, in an aqueous medium; and the step of measuring the enzymatic activity of the immunocomplex. |
