PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency and economic efficiency in the generation of roundness when a cutting blade is mounted at a rotation spindle.SOLUTION: An elastic member 33 is arranged at the inner circumferential surface of the mounting hole 32 of the cutting blade 3 and the cutting blade 3 is configured to be pressed and mounted at a circular boss 22 of a fixed flange 2 by the deformation of the elastic member 33. The fixed flange 2 is mounted at a rotation spindle 10 and an eccentric amount of the cutting blade 3 to the fixed flange 2 is reduced. Since the eccentric amount is little, after round dressing is carried out once, the eccentric amount is small even when removed and remounted, and accordingly the round dressing is not necessary to be round dressed again so as to be efficient. Wear of a cutting edge 31 by the round dressing is little so that the life of the cutting blade 3 can be prolonged. |
