PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize the power volume charged inside a storage battery, in a constitution that the battery is charged by a commercial power and the power of the storage battery is systematically interconnected with the commercial power system.SOLUTION: A power-storage system 1 has a controller 30 for controlling a charge mode to charge power to a battery pack 4, and a discharge mode to discharge power from the battery pack 4; and for controlling the charge mode and the discharge mode to perform the operation, during a period of time predetermined in each of them. The system has a residual power-volume determinator 31 to determine the power volume charged in the battery pack 4, and a discharging power-volume determinator 32 to determine the power volume discharged from the battery pack 4, during the discharging period of time. The controller 30 has a correction controller 33 to estimate the power volume in the following period of time from the past volume determined by the discharging power-volume determinator 32, and to stop performing the charge mode, when the estimated volume is lower than the volume charged in the battery pack 4 determined by the residual power-volume determinator 31. |
