PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for discriminating foreign matter constituted so as to rapidly specify whether a foreign matter originates from a human being in the quality control of various products by solving a problem wherein, since impurities in a raw material, the skin of a worker or the like becomes the foreign matter in work environment for manufacturing electronic parts or the like, it becomes necessary for considering a counterplan with respect to the mixing with the foreign matter by analyzing the foreign matter to specify the generation source thereof.SOLUTION: Alkylammonium hydroxide having a methyl group is added to foreign matter and a hydroxybenzoic acid and a derivative thereof is methyl-esterified while the produced gas is analyzed by a gas chromatograph mass analyzing method. In a case that methyl ester methoxybenzoate is detected in gas chromatographmass analysis, it is discriminated that the foreign matter originates from the human being. |
