PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil-in-water type emulsified skin external composition excellent in stability with time, which spreads onto the skin with ease and has good affinity with skin with no stickiness when applied to the skin.SOLUTION: The oil-in-water type emulsified skin external composition contains particles and a water phase, in which the particles includes oil droplet particles including an oil ingredient to be emulsified containing an ester oil having an IOB value of 0.1-0.6, and a vesicle including a specific polyoxyethylene hydrogenated castor oil derivative in which the average addition mole number (E) of polyoxyethylene satisfies the relationship: 10≤E≤20, the particles being formed by depositing the vesicle on the surface of the oil droplets. |
