PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hepatitis virus adsorbent for adsorbing hepatitis virus present in an aqueous solution, blood, or plasma, wherein the adsorbent has a function that hardly adsorbs other components than virus and efficiently adsorbs hepatitis virus.SOLUTION: The hepatitis virus adsorbent contains a heparin derivative (A) in which a primary or a secondary hydroxy group of heparin is modified to a sulfate ester, or a heparin derivative (B) in which an N-acetyl group of heparin is deacetylated and then modified to an N-sulfate ester. |
