PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a de-curl technique capable of performing a proper decal according to the wet state of a paper medium.SOLUTION: This de-curl device includes a humidity condition acquiring part 91 for acquiring the humidity conditions which are the requirements for determining the wet amount of the paper medium, a correction force determination part 92 for determining the magnitude of a correction force based on the humidity conditions, and a correction part 63 for correcting the curling deformation of the paper medium by imparting the determined correction force to the paper medium. |
