<p>To provide a single operation detector for injecting an active signal in synchronizing with a harmonic current generated by a transformer exciting current without estimating the transformer exciting current. ! A distributed power supply device G1 estimates a phase of the active signal from the harmonic voltage Vn1 due to the transformer exciting current generated in an interconnection point X1. An estimation procedure is to perform a filter processing from the voltage Vn1 of the interconnection point and to detect amplitude and a phase of k-th harmonic voltage. The active signal (harmonic current) of a prescribed magnitude is injected from the single operation detector G1 by gradually changing the phase, and a phase thetan_max with which the harmonic voltage Vn1 becomes the maximum is obtained. A phase thetan_min with which the harmonic voltage Vn1 becomes the minimum is also obtained. Adequacy of thetan_max and thetan_min is determined by using formula: 180�-epsitheta<=|thetan_max-thetan_min|<=180�+epsitheta.
