摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to carry out an effective anticancer drug sensitivity test even if a smaller quantity of cells than traditional methods are used, and a device for executing this method.SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing a microchannel device for cell culture includes (1) a step to feed a crosslinking albumin solution into a channel through a first liquid injection port for coating the surface of a cell culture part with a cell non-adhesive crosslinking albumin film, except the grooves or holes provided there, (2) a step to feed a target cell suspension solution through a second liquid injection port to adhere cells to only the grooves or holes that are cell adhesive, (3) a step to feed a culture solution to culture the target cancer cells until they attain three-dimensional growth and to form the target cell adhered region where the target cells are adhered in layers within the grooves or holes, (4) a step to convert a cell non-adhesive region in contact with the target cell adhesive region into a cell adhesive region, and (5) a step to feed an auxiliary cell suspension liquid into the cell culture part through a third liquid injection port for attaching the auxiliary cells to only the cell adhesive region in contact with the target cell adhered region within the cell culture part, and forming an auxiliary cell adhered region.
