摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovering method of a semiconductor CNT adsorbed to a gel by a simpler method without dissolving the gel in a method for separating a metal type CNT and a semiconductor type CNT by treatment of a physical separating means using a CNT-containing gel or a CNT dispersion liquid and a gel to make the semiconductor type CNT exist in a gel and a metal type CNT exist in a solution.SOLUTION: The semiconductor type CNT is made to exist in a gel and the metal type CNT is made to exist in a solution to separate the metal type CNT and the semiconductor type CNT by treatment of the physical separating means such as a centrifugal method, a freezing compression method, a diffusion method or an infiltration method using a CNT-containing gel or a CNT dispersion liquid and the gel and the semiconductor CNT is eluted from the gel by using a suitable effluent to the gel to which the semiconductor type CNT is adsorbed.
