PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus with a communication function which can obtain a context menu for appropriately selecting the latest and available communication information, and a processing method thereof.SOLUTION: An information terminal device 10 includes: a soft phone communication function unit 62 for implementing a function of a telephone; and a context menu (Cm) management function unit 64 for performing selection items displayed as a list on a screen through mouse operation. Telephone numbers handled by the function of the telephone are registered by a registration function 66 of the soft phone communication function unit 62, operation information relating to call origination, call incoming, a response to an incoming call, transfer and a speech is provided at a user of the telephone by a speech function section 68, and requested processing is performed. Information relating to the generation of Cm is set by a setting function 70 of the Cm management function unit 64, information is added, the Cm is generated based on held information by a generation function 72, Cm information relating to the generation of the Cm is held by an information holding function 74, and the held information is associated with information in a recording means. |
