PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately and easily manage the transfer of documents when real documents are transferred.SOLUTION: An acceptance management server 2 for managing documents transferred as paper includes: a storing and reading process part 23 and an acceptance status management storage part 24 which cause a document sending side to read the composition and constitution of fibers making up the paper serving as the documents to be sent, send paper print data indicating the paper print of the paper, created based on the composition and constitution of the fibers read, to the side receiving the documents, and receive and store the paper print data sent as confirmation paper print data; a paper print reading part 12 for reading the composition and constitution of the fibers making up the documents received as the paper; a paper print data creation part 13 for creating paper print data showing the paper print of the paper based on the composition and constitution of the fibers read; and an acceptance determining part 22 for comparing the paper print data created with the confirmation paper print data stored, and determining that the documents received are the documents to be sent. |
