PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cap capable of improving safety by suppressing the occurrence of sparks therein even when any lightening shock current runs through a fastener, and to provide a fastening structure using the same, and an aircraft having the fastening structure.SOLUTION: The cap 27 is mounted to cover a piercing part of a stringer 11 in a fastener 15 for coupling the upper outer sheet 3 of an aircraft with the stringer 11 located inside the upper outer sheet 3. An outer surface 33 in contact with the internal space of the upper outer sheet 3 is constituted of a curved surface, and formed of a conductive material.
