PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of placing concrete and a spacer for placing concrete by which a predetermined covering depth of the concrete can be more surely secured, and the spacer can be used repeatedly.SOLUTION: The spacer 1 for placing concrete is provided with a shaft body 8 made of a rigid material and having a leg 9 at least at an end, and an attachable/detachable fixing part 2 holding the shaft body 8 and detachably fixing the shaft body 8 to a reinforcing bar 10a. The spacer 1 is fitted to the reinforcing bar 10a by fixing the shaft body 8 to the reinforcing bar 10a by the attachable/detachable fixing part 2, and the leg 9 is set so that it may come into contact with an inner surface of a form 11. After that, concrete C is placed to a position below the spacer 1. |
