The power transmission coils 101 of the N power transmission circuits 10 are arranged in a matrix formation. The control circuit 11 controls the phase of each of signals generated by the respective oscillation circuits 100 of the N power transmission circuits 10 so that the following is implemented: the phases of changes in the magnetic fields from at least two power transmission coils 101 of the power transmission coils 101 of the N power transmission circuits 10 are identical at the power reception coil 200 of a power reception circuit 20.
