PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move a steering shaft to a rear side of a vehicle body, and to shorten longitudinal length of the vehicle body.SOLUTION: The vehicle body front part structure 10 includes a dash lower panel 21 for partitioning the vehicle body 11 to an engine room 13 and a cabin 12; left and right vertical frames extending in a vehicle body longitudinal direction; a dash cross member 27 for connecting the left and right vertical frames; and the steering shaft penetrated to the dash lower panel 21 and the dash cross member 27. A closed cross section (first closed cross section) is constituted by a bent part of the dash lower panel 21 and the dash cross member 27 at side view, a second closed cross section 72 is constituted by a swelled part 45 of the dash lower panel 21 and a cabin side lid member 35 at side view, and these first and second closed cross sections are continuously formed. |
