PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tank apparatus capable of discharging water from a high position energy state of the water level of flushing water stored in a tank.SOLUTION: The tank apparatus includes a flushing water tank formed with a discharging port on the bottom face; a water supply means 5 supplying the flushing water tank with flushing water; a discharging valve 9 opening/closing the discharging port of the flushing water tank; a water level detecting means 7 provided at an upper part in the flushing water tank to detect the cut-off water level A of flushing water in the flushing water tank; an overflow means for discharging the flushing water to a toilet bowl when the water level in the flushing water tank rises over the cut-off water level A; and a control means for operating and controlling the water supply means 5 and the discharging valve 9 independently of each other based on a flushing start signal. When receiving the flushing start signal, the control means operates the water supply means 5 to set the water level in the flushing water tank to the predetermined water level higher than the cut-off water level A, and then operates the discharging valve 9 to supply the flushing water to the toilet bowl. |
