PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To regulate the movement of a paper guide and releasing the regulation in simple constitution.SOLUTION: This paper feeder includes: a medium placing part for placing a medium; and a regulating member movably disposed on a sliding part formed on the medium placing part and provided with a medium abutting surface for regulating the position of the medium, wherein the regulating member includes a first regulating surface coming into contact with the sliding part to regulate the movement and part for enabling the movement to the sliding part. |
