A pull-out guide (1) comprises a stationary guide rail (2) and at least one running rail (3) which is mounted on the guide rail (2) in a movable manner and which can be prestressed in a closed position by means of an automatic retracting means, wherein the automatic retracting means has a driver (7) which can moved along a curved guide (8, 9, 10, 24), wherein the curved guide (8, 9, 10, 24) is produced by a slot or a profiled portion in a metal sheet.
