An air cooled refrigerator, method and system for controlling the same are provided. Said control method comprises: detecting the temperature TL in the refrigerating compartment; judging whether the temperature TL is higher than or equal to the first preset temperature T1; if TL=T1, starting the refrigerating evaporator for refrigeration and setting the rotational speed of the refrigerating fan to r1; if TL<T1, judging whether the temperature TL is lower than the second preset temperature T2; if TL<T2, stopping the refrigerating evaporator and detecting the temperature TH of the refrigerating evaporator; adjusting the rotational speed of the refrigerating fan according to the temperature TH to regulate the humidity in the refrigerating compartment. The control method of the air cooled refrigerator allows for maintaining higher humidity in the refrigerating compartment, reducing water loss from foodstuffs therein, and thus improving the fresh-keeping effect. |
