ACTUATOR FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE AND LOCKING DEVICE AND METHOD

The invention relates to refining actuators known from the state of the art. To this end, an actuator particularly comprises an electric motor and a lock displaceable by means of the electric motor. The actuator further comprises a lever, by means of which the lock can be drawn back mechanically from the locking position thereof. The invention further relates to a charge socket for an electrically powered motor vehicle. As is known from a motor vehicle powered by an electric motor and/or from a plug socket present in a private home, the electrical contacts of the charge socket are protected in one or more recesses. Corresponding pin or bar-shaped contacts of a charge plug can be inserted into said recess(es) for making contact. An adjacent, particularly circumferential housing is present around the one or more recess(es). A gap-shaped space, particularly enclosing the recess(es) thus remains between the recess(es) and the adjacent housing, into which a corresponding housing of a charge plug can be inserted. An actuator having a lock is mounted on the exterior of the adjacent housing. The lock can be displaced into the adjacent housing through a corresponding opening for locking a charge plug.
